The Yogourmet Traditional Starter contains the three main traditional yogurt culture strains; L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus, L. acidophilus, allowing you to make delicious thick and creamy yoghurt at home with out all of the nasty additive of store bought yogurt.

The Yogourmet Trasitional starter is SCD & GAPS diet friendly as it does not contain the Bifidobacterium strain.
