Blender mango ice cream

Quick summer dessert or after-school treat.

When fresh mangoes are in season, stock up the freezer with mango cheeks so you can enjoy this creamy, fruit-based ice cream anytime. With just three simple ingredients, this recipe comes together in seconds, and no ice-cream maker required!

Frozen mango cheeks blitzed with homemade yogurt in the Vibe Blender System turn into a velvety, tropical ice cream that’s naturally sweet and nourishing. It’s a healthy, probiotic-rich treat everyone will love.

Made with homemade yogurt, this ice cream is full of gut-loving probiotics. Any of our homemade yogurt recipes can be used (dairy or plant-based) to suit your diet and taste. Try homemade coconut yogurt for a big tropical flavour twist! For more yogurt inspiration, visit our Yogurt Maker Recipes.

This one-minute blender ice cream is refined sugar-free, and depending on your yogurt choice, it can be vegan, paleo, SCD, or GAPS friendly. Depending on how sweet your mangoes are (and your own sweet tooth!), you can add honey or maple syrup to taste.

Enjoy it straight away for a soft-serve texture (before it melts!) or freeze for a few hours for a firmer set. Serve on its own or top with fresh fruit, toasted coconut, or crushed nuts for extra texture and flavour.

Make-Ahead & Storage Tips

One-Minute Blender Mango Ice Cream is perfect to make ahead. Once blended, transfer it to a freezer-safe container (our Luvele Fresh canisters work beautifully) and freeze for 2–4 hours before serving. It’ll firm up but remain scoopable.

If left overnight, the ice cream will harden — simply let it sit at room temperature for 15–30 minutes before scooping to bring back that creamy texture.
